  • Do you own your own equipment?

Yes we own 90% of all the equipment that we bring to the events and what you can see from our collateral this allows us to bring you the best value packages in the market because we do not have to outsource. When a client requires a specialist item we will source the best supplier and the most competitively priced for you.

  • Can you work at any venue and if we don't have a venue can you find us one?

We can work at any  venue any where, from Inverness to Great Yarmouth, Manchester to Norway.  Using venues from your own office to hotels, sports clubs to stadiums we have experience in working at them all. Visit our venues page for some ideas alternatively we are more than happy to contact and liase with your chosen venue for you.

  • What is the minimum group size?

There is no minimum group size our activities are based on an event price and vary according to the number of activities you require.  Whilst working within your budget we can tailor an event suitable for you.

  • Does the Inflatable packages include generator hire?

All of our inflatables are priced inclusive not only of a generator but safety mats, trained staff, £5M Public Liability, full safety setup. delivery and uplift.

  • It feels like we have done everything, do you have anything new to offer?

As a company we are constantly going to roadshows and exibitions to bring you the latest, innovative activities and entertainment packages. We can cater for any idea or theme you may have, if you can not see it on our activities page just ask. Our proposals are completly unique to your requirements so if you have done something before let us know and we will make exciting, alternate suggestions.

  • Who have you worked with in the past and can we get recomendations?

Our client list includes many well known corporate companies but also small independant companies, we feel this helps you to obtain an accurate idea of how we work wether an event is for 500 people or a group of 9. We always ask for feedback after an event whcih can be found on our client page.

  • What happens if it rains?

For outdoor events we always advise for guests to bring along warm, comfortable and waterproof clothing. In the case of exceptionally bad weather we can have a indoor room at a venue reserved and some back up activities just in case. Through all weathers our events team are brilliant in keeping up morale and encouraging participation.

  • Some of our group are not as active as others, how would you keep everyone happy and involved?

When taking down an enquiry we play close attention and will ask questions on how your group dynamic is set up ie Male/Female split, age range and even if possible an idea of personalities. This gives us an indication of what activities to suggest so we can compose a proposal that everyone can enjoy and take something away from.

  • We are concerned about some of the possible dangers of certain activities eg Quad bikes and Archery etc. How can we be reasured?

With everything there is a certain degree of risk, at Team Challenge Company we do our best to minimise this risk. All our event staff are fully saftey trained on all our activities. In addition to this we have and can send over risk assessments for all our activities and as a company we have £5m public liabilty insurance.
