We had a fantastic time and felt the tasks were pitched at just the right level for us and without going over the top on the team building theme, it came through strongly in the tasks we performed.We are a feisty bunch and very competitive so this proved incredibly successful and was the topic of debate well into the last day of the conference! Thanks so much for your email & for the blog you posted, i'm loving the name checks I got throughout!!! Thought you'd like to know that one of our Dutch colleagues (who's opinion is highly valued by Pieter!) said it was the best team event he'd ever taken part in, and given his length of service thats high praise indeed!  Truly, everyone enjoyed the day and even Mike had some positive things to say to me the following day!

So, thanks very much for everything, the planning & execution on the day were flawless and I've had loads of comments about what a fantastic team you guys were - and I'm sure you noticed that they're a tough crowd to please!!
