Accident Rescue
This challenge is delivered in our Team Building and Team Training packages, teams must work together to rescue an injured victim (played by a trained member of our staff) trapped in a vehicle. 
Objective
For this simulation, an assessment will be made of the team's ability to deal with this stressful situation, items include how to check the location is safe & secure, minimise further injury, administer emergency first-aid, call for assistance and make the casualty comfortable and safe before medical assistance arrives on the scene. Once the activity is complete, the teams will have a de-brief session and siscuss their experiences before moving to the next task.
The team will be confronted by many challenges during this exercise, primarily from the dynamics of their team. However, we have included a few extra:
- Limited resources

Skills
