Stepping Stones

This tricky Team Building Activity will require a sound thought process and a well devised plan of attack if your team is to succeed. With only a limited amount of time, the team must work together to plan a route across the stepping stones, ensuring the entire group reach the other side safely.

Objective

All members of the team must remain off the ground at all times as the negotiate their way across a course of stepping stones.

The Challenges

The team will be confronted with many challenges during this exercise mainly from the dynamics of their team. However, we have included a few extra, including:

• Limited Time
• Team members can only walk on stepping stones
• Must navigate quickest route

• Only specific stones are open to specific team members
