Each participant is given a "Flying Stepping Stone" to be used to build a bridge to the other side in the time provided. If the group cannot make it across once all stepping stones have been thrown, they must start over.

Objective

All members of the team must remain off the ground at all times as the negotiate their way across a course of flying stepping stones.

The Challenges

The team will be confronted with many challenges during this exercise mainly from the dynamics of their team. However, we have included a few extra, including:

• Team members can only walk on stepping stones
• Must navigate quickest route

• Only specific stones are open to specific team members
