This fun-filled and unique Team Building Event provides the perfect mix of intellectual problem solving and physical Team Building challenges, all specifically designed to enhance group co-operation, cohesion and participation through high-energy entertainment and enjoyment.

The Crystal Challenge Event

Teams will set-off in search of success across a wide range of unique Team Building challenges, all in a bid to earn as many crystals as possible to take forward to the Crystal Dome Finale. The Team Building challenges that the teams will face are divided into into three seperate categories - Physical, Mental and Skill. These Team Building tasks are accompanied by individual challenges, where teams will have to call on the specific strengths of individual members in an attempt earn bonus crystals for their team.

Physical Challenges can include:

 Chicken, Fox and Grain

The traditional mind-boggling riddle with a modern twist! Transport your chicken, fox and grain across the course on a raft built for just the farmer plus one, ensuring that your precious cargos are kept out of harms way at all times! If solving the puzzle isn't challenging enough for your team, completing the physical aspect of the task will be, and just one small mistake can prove very costly! Complete this Physical Team Building Challenge in the time allotted and the crystal is yours.

 Tube Test

Communication and Perserverance are key to crystal success in this tricky Physical Team Building Challenge. Transport water to the end goal using only the limited resources provided, all in a bid to raise your prize up the hole-filled tube and into the hands of your victorious team. Team determination will be pushed to the limits in this frantic Physical Challenge. 

 Towers of Hanoii

This mathematically-based Physical Team Building Challenge will have you and your team gasping for air as your race to re-build the enormous puzzle within the allocated time. Shift the massive coloured blocks from left to right in as few moves as possible, all the while observing the golden rule that larger blocks cannot be placed upon smaller ones. Does your team have the focus to take home the crystal from this Physical Challenge, or will one false move bring your tower tumbling down?

Mental Challenges can Include: 

Code Breaker

Keep your nerves in check, stay calm and be ahead of the game to ensure your team earns a crystal in this high-pressure Mental Challenge. Accurately transfer your coded messages from the code-makers to the code-breakers, ensuring you have enough time left to connect the wires in the correct order and avoid complete disaster. Information accumulation and clear communication are all necessities for success in this exciting Mental Team Building Challenge.

Memory Test

Put the brain-power of your team to the ultimate test with this fun-filled and demanding Mental Team Building Challenge. This three-part challenge quizzes teams on video clips from famous movies, before asking them to make quick mental calculations from numbers flying along the screen. Finally, the memory of all team members will be pushed into overdrive as random groups of objects flash up before their very eyes, having only limited time to memorise as many as possible.

Skill Challenges can Include:

Labyrinth

This exciting Skill Team Building Challenge will require forward planning, nerves of steel and complete group co-operation if you are to earn a crystal here. Success in this massive maze-based game will take the skill and the will of your entire team as you carefully guide your ball around the dastardly course towards the end goal. Watch out for the holes in this tricky Skill Challenge! 

Giant Jigsaw

Can your team crack all of these tricky puzzles and earn your crystal in this tough but rewarding Skill Team Building Challenge? These giant jigsaws are comprised of triangles varying in size and shape, which when locked together in the correct way form a massive square.  Finish Puzzle One before moving on, does your team have the skill and ability to complete the Final Puzzle to become part of Crystal Challenge legend!

Ring the Bell

Clear planning and accurate execution are the keys to success in earning a crystal in this dynamic Skill Team Building Challenge. Stay out with the designated area, and using only the ropes attached, guide your bell around the challenging maze without letting it ring! Only those teams that staying calm under pressure and remain focused on the end goal will earn victory in this fun-filled Skill Challenge.

The Crystal Dome Finale

This is what it all comes down to, the grand dash for cash inside the inflatable Crystal Dome. Let the chosen few step forward to compete for the Team Challenge Company Crystal Challenge Winners Trophy, as the team crystals accumulated during the day of Team Building challenges are exchanged for precious seconds inside the Crystal Dome. As the winds of the Crystal Dome whirl around you, can you summon all of your Physical, Mental and Skillful abilities to seek out and collect as many Golden Tokens as possible?
