September 23rd was the date and upstairs in the Three Sisters was the venue for the annual Aegon Quiz for 2010, only this year it was a Team Challenge Company specialist Interactive Quiz Night.

After the guests arrived and attacked the Buffet, the Evening Entertainment was soon underway with a brief sound bite from Barnardo's representative Morag. The opening Interactive Quiz round of Higher or Lower was a very close contest with Team Just Switch It Off & On winning top marks.  It's Only A Game showed no signs of early domination as they floundered into last place following the opening round of Evening Entertainment.

Interactive Quiz Round 2 was Name the Movie which saw the scores tighten up, though top dog once again was the seemingly unstoppable Just Switch It Off & On, so all eyes were on them as we strode forward into the next round of the Evening Entertainment, the madness of the Jigsaw Race.  It was a fast paced race and we even saw Susan try to fit a straight edge piece in the center of her teams jigsaw! Top team this time around were fast hands of The Cats Pyjamas, with Quizzie Rascals winning the second heat.

It would only be fair to give some of the lesser skilled, though hard-trying  Interactive Quiz Teams a mention...! After their fantastic performance in the Mascot competition we salute Team Beating Chastards and the Inbetweeners with sexy man of the year Michael taking first spot...what a legend! With the fenzy Mascot Evening Entertainment round complete, there was no time to relax and having only realised that Team Comply or Die were in the room we got stuck into Balloon Tower and the Grand Final Bridge Build.  Successful drives came from all bar three teams - Barnardo's Bairns, Comply or Die and the now famous Inbetweeners.  We were also very surprised to see Flemings Lemings make it across and there were shouts of pure amazement (or perhaps it was pity) as Murray Mints made it ...only just Murray!!

The Evening Entertainment ended in great style with a fabulous raffle which saw many winners like Ben, Julie and Phil all walking away with some sensational prizes. More importantly, the Aegon Team raised an amazing total which exceeded £800 for Barnardo's throughout the night of Evening Entertainment. A big thank-you and well done goes out to everyone.
