It was a cold and wintery 9th November, fortunately for the guests from Wood Group they were kept warm and comfortable in the Pitmedden suite in the Marriot Dyce Hotel.  

Following their conference and delicious dinner,  the 50 guests were in for a fantastic night of entertainment with Team Challenge Company.  A Games Mania Night was on the agenda, and with the anticipation and excitement building in the room it was time to kick off. The group were split into 6 teams and following their introduction and safety brief  the battle to become Champion began.

From the starting whistle it was obvious there was going to be some high energy fun and plenty of banter between the teams.  The Puzzle Corner had everyone trying to think outside the box to complete these mind boggling puzzles.  Sheila deserves a mention for her tremendous score, it was probably down to her ambidextrous abilities...!!!  On the flip side the less said about Emma's Dart throwing the better.

The Basketball Shoot out definitely saw the biggest battles of the night, the noise and energy levels reached fever pitch.  It was one against one with the rest of the team members cheering their challengers on, the pressure was huge on the shooters. We would have to say there were several challengers that would have given Michael Jordan a run for their money, however plenty more couldn't throw a ball through a door haha !!

We would like to mention that if Neil is as tardy for his day job as he was for making it to the next activity on time, we are sure he would have sat through a number of disciplinary's by now!!  Too much chatting and not enough action was mentioned quite a few times throughout the Games Night by his team mates.  

As it came to the Games Night Finale of Bat the Rat Neil supported his team well, it came down to Teams 2 and 5 (Neil's team) battling it out like mighty Barbarians until the almighty Gladiator, who will not be named for legal reasons, stepped up to the challenge - Boy did he sure hammer it home!!

It was a close finish but a very well deserved congratulations went out to Team 5 who competed well in all 7 challenges to be crowned Team Challenge Company Winners for this years Evening Entertainment Games Night Event.  

The Evening Entertainment was a great success, with high energy, fun and laughter, all the guests had a night to remember.  A special thanks from us goes to Craig for organising the Games Mania Night, we look forward to working with you on your next event.
