We hope this blog will bring back some great memories of your fantastic Indoor Entertainment Event. Check out all the photos from the evening, and don't forget to leave us a comment at the bottom of the page with some of your highlights and favourite moments!
It was that time of year again when Search Consultancy are treated to a fantastic evening of Indoor Entertainment in the form of Team Challenge Company's Interactive Quiz. The Cheshire suite in the Marriot Manchester Airport Hotel was packed with over 80 guests eagerly awaiting their evening to begin.
Graham Casswell, the CEO of Search Consultancy, introduced the evening before the Interactive Quiz began. The first challenge for our guests was to come up with their team names, some doubted themselves from the outset by thinking up names such as 'Dim Wits' and the very imaginative Table 2! (never a good start).
The Team Building Corporate Quiz got off to a great start with all teams scoring well in the Hit or Miss Music round. The Guess Where round, however, was not so successful, with teams finding it a lot tougher than they had anticipated. Only one team, 'The Sixers' got more than 6 right, and the poor old 'Bulldogs' came away with a shameful 2....out of 10!
Questions in Sport almost started a riot with huge controversy involving the Quiz Master and some wrong answers... after blaming Graham, the points were rectified and the Interactive Quiz show carried on. the Bulldogs redeemed themselves during this round by playing their joker card, which definitely paid off.
The real Interactive Quiz action started following the desert with the Movie Round. After a flying start, the Sixers had the lowest score in this round with Debbies 10's finally making an appearance with the highest score of 8. However, their appearance was short lived with another poor score in the Dingbats round - but it was very amusing to see their team member Kojak jump up and down like a jack in the box whilst shouting out the wrong answers!
The big finale for the evening was the Team Building Challenge Bridge Build, the tension in the room was electric, teams had everything to play for. The sound of the ripping paper and sellotape was deafening. With time up, each team brought their bridge up for the drive over. For the first time in Team Challenge Company history the car failed to make it across ANY of the bridges... despite some of the teams trying to cheat.
This was a fantastic fun filled Interactive Quiz and although there could only be one winner, the energy and enthusiasm from all teams was of the highest level. It was a tight competition at the end but the Winner of the 2010 Search Consultancy Indoor Entertainment Event was the 7 Wonders, with a steady performance throughout all 8 Interactive Quiz Rounds and coming out with a final score of 6600.
How the Final Scores looked :
2nd - Tazmanian Devils 6000
3rd - Numero Uno 5900
4th - Dim Wits 5600
5th - Debbies 10 and Bulldogs
6th - Trish A Trouble 5200
7th - Sixers 4800
8th - Table 2 4500
Woohoo what an event this was, smoking from the very start and with Graham screaming it was Joe Royal the night was surely going to turn messy at some point, haha. Wonderful people to be with and a credit to the company. Big thanks to Kathryn for organising everything and see you all soon I am sure.

Just wanted to post a quick note to say how excellent our quiz night was with Team Challenge Company. We had such a laugh right throughout the night, it was really great fun and I only wish my team had been a little better at pumping up our balloons!
Thanks again for a hilarious night
Mark
I almost fell about our office floor laughing when I spoke with Gerry and the rest of our team the day after the night before, and they informed me just how crazy the Search Consultancy group were...I could only imagine the hilarity of the evening's events.
I am delighted that Search Consultancy's most recent Interactive Quiz Night event with us was yet again a huge success, and was enjoyed by all in attendance! It was a pleasure to work with Kathryn in creating an Evening Entertainment event that was exactly what her team were looking for, and I look forward to working with Search Consultancy agin in the near future to once again make your event...The Event!
