8.00 pm arrived and it was time for the Technip Executive Quiz Night to get underway at the beautiful Marriott Dalmahoy Hotel, Edinburgh, the room filled with anxious, hungry and some highly competitive guests from around the world.  The Evening Entertainment was kicked off with an introduction to the Team Challenge Company Team for the night, and we could already tell who was up for the serious challenge and who was up for the Craic!

Straight into our first Executive Quiz Night round of Guess Who saw Team 1 lead the way with Team 7 posting a poor opening round and taking their place at the bottom of the leader board...shame but they made a lot of noise just loosing! After a quick scores update the crowd were delighted to see the puddings arrive on their plate. Once the plates were cleared it was our turn to take back to the stage and straight back into the  this Executive Quiz Night with Trivia Round  including some surprisingly difficult Technip General Knowledge questions...not exactly sure how you can tell a vessel from a single bolt ! but hey ho some teams really knew their nuts from their bolts!

Next up came Questions in Sport with only the cleverest stepping up to the challenge with points to be won or lost on this fun Executive Quiz Night round.  Team 11 and Team 6 pulled ahead in this round, but it was still all to play for in the next exciting rounds and anything could happen during this exciting night of Evening Entertainment. The Executive Quiz Night was in full swing with rounds that included Movie Quotes - Team 8 sailed ahead on this one  and Team 3  left behind at the docks!

Cars of the Stars raced up next.... And a war broke out with one team not knowing their Mazda from Maradonna - but Team 1 were on the money here with the top score of the round. With the final scores checked and verified and after counting up all the bribes from the teams there was only one thing to do...announce the winners of the Technip Executive Quiz Night.

3rd - Team 4 - 690 points

2nd - Team 6 - 720 points

1st - Team 11 - 730 points

All in all a fantastic night of Evening Entertainment was enjoyed by the entire group from Technip at the excellent Marriott Dalmahoy Hotel. Though there could only be one winning team, we are quite sure that everybody walked away with fabulous memories of their Executive Quiz Night with Team Challenge Company, and a big thanks goes to Joyce for organizing the event for everyone, hope to entertain you all again very soon and looking forward to the re- match.
