It was like a stampede in Texas as the Professional Planning Forum 2011 awards opened its doors for fun night of Evening Entertainment and Awards with Team Challenge Company at the reins.

The 400 guests were given their instruction, to build the tallest Giraffe possible using only  the contents of their pack. They were given 8 minutes to accomplish this task and after about 5 minutes table 3 were in trouble and the contents spread all over the floor, they looked lost until they came up with a fantastic idea of dressing up their tallest team member, he ended up looking like somebody out of the Circus after they dressed him up. We never knew a Giraffe had a beak!!! Lol

Time was running out with all teams in a frenzy to get their Giraffe above the 1 metre mark or be disqualified. After the 8 minute siren went off our teams were running round knocking out teams less than 1 metre tall. Without telling a lie, we were left with only 7 teams out of 40, hang your heads in shame the rest of the YOU !!!! We measured the 7 left and there could be only one winner with a respectable 80" it was the remarkable table 15, they received top marks and table 29 coming in second place with 74".

During Main Course it was time for the guests to test their knowledge with our Corporate Quiz Night round of Guess Who. The teams were trying to use their Blackberrys and Iphones but our team were on hand to stop them. Table 2 were going to all lengths to win this quiz with £20 notes flying about left, right and centre. But in the end table 29 snatched victory with a clean sheet as one of the team members said "We struck Gold". Words of a true leader!!!

Movie quotes proved a lot trickier for the teams with only 2 teams taking full marks but it was all down to the finale of Hit & Miss Corporate Quiz Night Finale. It was fast paced and full of excitement as the teams tried to grab as much points towards their end total.

The points were checked and the scores were ready. Their was gasps from the crowd as table 20 was announced as the bottom of the list. Maybe next time losers!!!! Haha. There was only one winner and they performed magnificent all evening put your hands together for............ Table 29 they could not believe they were the Professional Planning Forum winners for 2011. A big congratulations to Autoglass who won the overall 2011 Customer Contact Innovation Award for their highly successful but radical approach to enterprise resource modeling, which, aligned to key metrics  created capacity and flexibility in the branch network to serve an extra 3,500 customers monthly, at no cost, and at the same time raise customer satisfaction. They also won the Innovation Award for Enterprise Planning. Keep up the good work!!
