The scene was set for a day of Specialist Team Building It's a Knockout entertainment for Trowbridge Council, at Westbury golf course. The Team Building day kicked off with a bang as Hayley picked the teams.After an immediate transfer for Tyler from the Greens over to the Oranges the teams launched straight into the It's a Knockout warm up, where the referee demonstrated the greatest shuffle that Trowbridge has ever seen.

There were lots of worried faces as the super soakers were brought out during the very first Team Building game, the Caterpillar Run where all four teams shot off the blocks with an early lead coming from the Greens. On Gold Rush a great pace was set by the Pink Team. With Jodie at the helm she showed off her very impressive It's a Knockout kangaroo moves.

Close battles were fought in the Inflatable Fun Zone on both the Gladiator Duel and the Bungee Run, but with Orange Team showing their strength they proved they took home the points. There was a mad frenzy at Clown Around as the teams floundered around in the foam, the Greens maybe enjoying themselves a little bit TOO much.

After a quick breather, somehow the Blues took the win on Waterpull (they must have slipped the score keeper a fiver!) We shuffled across to the Human Table Football and after several yellow cards, the Peter Crouch look-a-like from the Green Team fired a screamer into the back of the net. Despite a lot of suspected cheating from the Green Team they still managed to take the top spot at Spong Fling and bag themselves the points before moving onto the last piece of Inflatable Fun, Human Demolition. The Pink Team and the Blue Team battled hard and gritted their teeth but had to make do with a joint victory.

 Precision timing and great team work enabled the Orange Team to double up on points after their win to finish with a whopping 9000 and become the deserving winners of the Team Challenge Company Winner's Trophy while the Blue Team were the unlucky bunch trailing in last place with 7500 to claim the Wooden Spoon. Shout out for Hayley for organising such a fun filled day that everyone seemed to enjoy.
