Team Building Trade to Win Event with Celerant Consulting

The sun shone gloriously upon the magnificent grounds of Mercure Brandon Hall, which played host to a fun-filled afternoon of Team Building with a great group from Celerant Consulting.

Team Building Coventry Our Specialist Team Building Trade to Win Event was lying in wait for the teams after lunch, the aim of the game being to earn as much fun-money as possible through the successful completion of various challenges, and using that money to buy parts to build and launch a rocket. With a special focus given to Celerant Consulting's company values, it promised to be a fantastic afternoon of Team Building...and it certainly didn't disappoint.

Team Building Trade to Win Coventry There were so many fun-filled highlights from the day of Trade to Win Team Building, far too many (and some too embarrassing...!) too mention in this blog. We have included our favourite moments from the day, and it would be great for you to include your memories of the day in the comments section below. Our highlights reel begins at the Helium Stick, where Tamsin put so much high-pitched pressure on Team Collaboration she could be heard from miles around!

Team Building EnglandThe fun-filled moments continued thick and fast as the competitive spirit quickly increased throughout the day of Team Building. There was Duncan's incredible effort on the Interlocker, Team Optimism getting VERY friendly on the planks during Stepping Stones, and of course that wonderful Rollerball construction courtesy of Team Humility. We can't forget the now infamous turn of events that has gone down in Celerant Consulting Team Building history, a period of time we all call 'Igniter-Gate'!

Team Building Coventry June 2011We enjoyed watching some of the most hideous bridges we have ever seen cause complete chaos in the Bridge Build Team Building challenge, I'm just glad the clapping kept spirits high! And perhaps the number one highlight of all, the mighty Jimi and her incredible rap, which was definitely one of the most fun and original presentations we have ever had. The afternoon quickly rolled around to the moment we had all been waiting for...The Launch!

Team Building Coventry June 2011Spirits soared as one after one the Rockets fizzed skyward, it was just a shame so many teams forgot to attach their parachutes properly! And let's just say the less mentioned about Team Integrity's Rocket Launch the better! With all lift-offs complete and performances taken into consideration, there could only be one winner of the mighty Team Challenge Company Team Building Winner's Trophy...the sensational Team Respect!

A fabulous day of Trade to Win Team Building fun had been a great success, and thoroughly enjoyed by all in attendance. A big shout-out and thank-you must go to Kirsten for all her hard work and effort in organising the day of Team Building, your dedication and commitment to the day undoubtedly ensured it's success. It was an absolute pleasure to work with the entire Team from Celerant Consulting, and we look forward to seeing you all again soon.

What a day of fun-filled Trade to Win Team Building this was! From the very first Helium Stick challenge right through to the mighty Bridge Build and the launch of those rockets, this was a day of excitement, enjoyment and reward for all.

The competitive spirit throughout the afternoon made for great fun, with many of the teams doing whatever it took to walk away with the Team Challenge Company Winners Trophy...Team Colloaboration in particular found ways of stretching their competitive advantage like I have never seen before! My own personal highlight of the day had to have been Jimi and that incredible rap. It blew the crowd away and Bob is still singing it to me back here in the office!

It was an absolute pleasure to work with Kirsten so closely in designing and delivering such a fun and exciting Team Building event for the Celerant Consulting Team, I sincerely hope you all enjoyed it, and look forward to seeing you again soon.

To the whole team involved in Team Challenge in helping pull this event together - thank-you!!

Your boundless energy and enthusiasm really shone through from the design phase all the way though to the very end of the event and it became infectious on all around during the day making it a very memorable experience for all.

The tailor made approach to the design of our event is a primary reason we were so satisfied with the end result.

I once again have to compliment the way you managed so many Consultants! I’ve no idea how you still had a voice the day after though.

Altogether, it was a very professional and well executed event by a team of experienced facilitators so once again, thank-you to all who helped in the planning & delivery.

It was a pleasure to work with a fantastic group and great to see everybody having a great time.

It was fun from start to finish and to see all rockets going off with a massive cheer was tremendous.

I look forward to seeing you all at your next event and maybe just maybe see Team Integrity lifting the Team Challenge trophy lol

    See you soon

    Bob

Thanks to all, both at Team Challenge and CC UK, for making this a very good company meeting.

I need to know where I can get an inflatable fussball pitch for my backyard

    Kind regards
    Anders

    Hi Anders,

Delighted you had such a good time with us a couple of weeks back, and that the Human Table Football made such a big impression on you!

I'll cut you in on a deal, win the Trophy next time and I'll give you the Human Table Football for the day...good luck blowing it up...!

    Jonathan
