Team Building with Lazard

Plank Walk Team Building ChallengeIt was the turn of the future generation of Lazard to enjoy the Team Challenge Company Team Building experience at the magnificent Southwark Park in central London. The group of students arrived in their teams with competitive spirits flaring, giving way to some cheating throughout the evening.

The teams dived straight into the exciting Team Building challenges that we had in store with unrivalled enthusiasm and a competitive spirit that was at times scary. There was one version of the Plank Walk challenge that faced huge success as the teams worked together and did incredibly well in travelling the course. The other two teams however were less successful as they collided and chose to sabotage their opponents rather than progress on their own. As strategies go it was definitely powerful but certainly not the most peaceful method.

Team Building Events LondonRollerball Team Building Challenge was a feat of construction that all teams lived up to and resulted in some astounding constructions. A great record was set at 46.85 seconds which proved to be untouchable as the nearest competitors only managed 42 seconds; a time which, under any other circumstances would have been a highly respectable winner.

NASA and Interlocker Team Building Challenges were the mental challenges of the day that certainly tested the grey matter of all teams and had frustration running high. There was even a Team Challenge Company record of 4 points on the Nasa challenge suggesting that at least one member of the teams was a professional astronaut.

Team Building LondonThe amazing Bridge Build Team Building Finale saw teams fighting their way to the top of the leaderboard in order to take the top prize. It was team two who managed to storm ahead and take the title and go home with the coveted Team Challenge Company Winner's Trophy while team three brought up the rear after a valiant effort and claimed the Wooden Spoon.

All in all a fantastic evening of Team Building was enjoyed by everyone so huge shout out must go to Victoire for all of her hard work in making it all possible. Hopefully there will be plenty of opportunities for a rematch in the future so we look forward to seeing you all then.

Well this was certainly a day to remember. The sheer brutality of performance on the Plank Walk was frightening! I don't think I have ever seen two teams so intent on sabotage haha.

All in all it was a great day full of laughter and competition and I look forward to seeing you all again in the future.

Wow! That is exciting. I think all companies should conduct such team building exercises. Team building or bonding of the individual employees as a team is very important for the growth of an organization.
