Team Building with CEM Systems

Team Building Events BelfastArriving at the lovely grounds of Lorne House the sun was shining a little for the group from CEM Systems as everyone was registered, name badged and put into one of ten teams ahead of the day of Team Building Fun. As the teams were assembled we delivered a brief as to the types of Team Building activities that would have to be completed and won in order to be in the top spot heading into the It's a Knockout Finale and be the team taking home the coveted Team Challenge Company Winner's Trophy.

Team Building Events BelfastAs we got straight into the first of our Team Building rotations it became clear Donna would be one to watch from the start and she did not disappoint. There were many highlights to the day and here are just a few of the best bits.

Team 4's performance on Casket Rescue was incredible and with a verdict of 'Couldn't be done any better' it looked like they would be kings of that castle for the day. That was until Edwina and the rest of Team 6 stepped up with a picture perfect execution of the task for maximum points and major respect.  One of the Team Building favourites Catapult challenge saw some great efforts and Team 1 were the ones to beat with a PHENOMENAL contraption. It turned out that noone was up to that Challenge so Sarah and the team were the undisputed champions of the Catapult Corner.

Team Building BelfastNASA Challenge was a definite favourite of the day as Ricky from Team 8 pulled off some epic logical explanations and was so good at this challenge that previous astro experience was suspected. On the other hand Gareth had to pass over the mantle to Angela who proved herself as the organiser of the group and pushed them on one step closer to victory.  There were many, many eggs scrambled during Team Building Scrambled Egg as time after time a very promising looking contraption was shot to pieces until Team 4 stepped up with their 800 point champion parachute.

It's a Knockout Team Building Finale BelfastTime for the It's a Knockout Finale was soon upon us and there were several fierce battles on the Raise the Duckie race with teams 1 and 4 and 8 winning their heats to push themselves further up the leaderboard. The grand finale race was Obstacle Skis and saw a grudge match between teams 10 and 5 to see who would be taking home the Last Place Wooden Spoon. After a phenomenal effort it was team 10 who brought up the rear and took home the spoon. The other 8 teams had to the battle it out in two heats for their final places in the pecking order and stake their final claim for the trophy. It was close at the top and it was Team 4 who managed to take the top spot with Team 1 coming a very close second place.

Team Building Belfast All in all it was a fantastic day of Team Building fun and Its a Knockout Entertainment for all involved. Everyone got really involved and contributed to making the day what it was. Huge thanks must go to Edwina, Cathy and the team for all of their effort in putting the day together for everyone to enjoy. We look forward to seeing you all again in the future for the next instalment.
