It was a glorious day on arrival of the team at the Woodlands Campsite Silverstone for an afternoon of mad Outdoor Team Building fun with TRO Group and the teams from BMW. as the group arrived and were split into teams after their pep talk from Rich which went something like 'we should probably all be a little bit worried what on earth we are going to be doing,' we dived straight into the first of the rotations.

Throughout the afternoon of Team Building Fun there were lots of hilariously entertaining highlights, a few of which we can share now. One such highlight was Abigail getting rather up close and personal with the lads over at Plank Walk. She seemed to be enjoying the proximity and team bonding session a tad to much haha.

Over at the Team Building challange Spider's Web it was Peter and James who stole the show with their somewhat idiotic nosedives right through the web, destroying the course and almost themselves in the process! Thank goodness for health and safety coordinatorsl! Also worth a mention was Paulo's epic stint as team captain with his very funny method of organising the team and strategy for winning 'get yourself hard and stiff like a plank!' As silly as it sounded it seemed to work for his team as they stormed to victory.

Andrea was completely and utterly obsessed with points and winning begging for bonus points over at the Team Building Rollerball challenge for everything from the wind throwing the ball off to sabbotage by opponents to sneezing! All of that along with Lauren J's performance as a mermaid with flipper feet, Alex receiving from Reece and Rich getting up close and personal with Lauren N's bum the screams of laughter never stopped.

After recovery of the trophy from the roof of Chris' car (he was overly confident and never so devastated to be wrong in his life) it was time to announce the winners. Team 5 took home the last place Wooden Spoon after trailing behind. Closely followed by teams 4,6 and 1 leaving only teams 2 and 3 to battle it out. In the end, with a margin of only five points it was team 3 who took the top spot and went home Champions with the much deserved Team Building Team Challenge Company Winner's Trophy.

This fantastic Team Building afternoon could not have taken place without the hard work and effort of people like Sarah, Naomi and Kathleen so huge shout out to them for putting the day together. It was an absolute pleasure to work with you all and we look forward to meeting you again in the future.
