The Big day for the Schlumberger annual Christmas Corporate Fun Day had arrived Sunday 11^th December.  The Team Challenge Company team turned the function suites at the AECC into a children's fantasy and adventure land and there was even a huge inflatable Santa's Grotto.  There was so much excitement in the air at the prospect of over 370 children arriving to see Santa and take part in a fantastic selection of Inflatable's, Games and Fun Party Entertainment.

 The children arrived in their droves to the Children's Christmas Party, and with their families there was over 500 guests to entertain, the atmosphere was bursting with excitement.  The sheer anticipation for Santa's visit was tangible in the air as all of the children waited patiently for his arrival.  This was the highlight for many who said they felt very special to be worthy of a visit and present from the one and only 'Santa Clause'.  

The Children's Christmas Party was filled with fun and laughter ( and a sea of goody boxes !) lots of prizes for the many winners of the competitions and games throughout the day including.  pass the parcel and musical statues went down a treat as did the group performances of the Macarena and Cha Cha Slide - some seriously good moves on the dance floor from both the children and adults alike.  

Everyone was in awe of Dozer the Clown's mad skills juggling and balloon modelling.  The favourite trick during this high energy Christmas Corporate Fun Day was the plate spinning, over 40 children took part in the plate spinning challenge, it was a great sigh to see with many children performing almost as well as Dozer the Clown himself - mini Dozers in the making !.  Some fantastic works of Art were produced on the day at the  arts and crafts stations and the face paints were the highlight of many of the childrens great day out.  

A big thank you to Angela for organising once again another phenomenal Christmas Corporate Fun Day, there was great activities, games and entertainment for all the family you and not so young to take part in and enjoy.  Always a pleasure to work with you Angela and we look forward to working with you on your events in 2012.
