The sun shone down upon the beautiful De Vere Sedgebrook Hall as the team from Spire Healthcare arrived for what promised to be a fabulous afternoon of Team Building fun in the shape of our unforgettable It's a Knockout Team Building event. A sense of eager anticipation spread through the guests as they looked out across a sea of It's a Knockout activities, and we just couldn't wait to get started!

As Team Challenge Company welcomed the guests into our It's a Knockout arena and the group was divided into their teams, it was clear that many in attendance would do whatever it took to claim victory and walk away with the much coveted Team Challenge Company Winner's Trophy. Would it be the mighty Team 1, led by It's a Knockout professional Sarah, or would it be the legends of Team 6, who were captained by the ever-competitive Ian...! There was only one way to find out...let the games begin!

There were so many highlights across the afternoon of Team Building, many of which too funny (and some too rude!) to mention. We have included some of our favourite moments below, and if we have missed out any of your 'best bits', please do feel free to leave a note in the comment section below. Our highlight reel starts off with the Team 6 in the first half of competition, who were so bad that by the half-time break, they had finished last in every single It's a Knockout Challenge...we blamed Hayley and Lucy for being too crazy to concentrate on what they were doing! Then of course there was the sensational Wacky Wall, which saw wet sponges launched further than I have ever seen before. Kevin and Christine of Team 4 proved unstoppable, making acrobat catches left, right and centre...legends!

The highlights continued with the Gladiator Duel and Human Table Football, though it seems the teams became most vicious on the Human Demolition, as the swung the Giant Wrecking Ball at each other with absolute venom (especially Dan and Ed from Team 5)! The points were quickly racking up, the afternoon of It's a Knockout Team Building could have been anyone's to win (except Team 6, obviously!), and tension was high as we progressed into our final games. The Clown Around Space Hopper Dash was incredible, with soap bubbles flying everywhere, and with Sarah from Team 1 flying head-first into the pit of foam...which was almost as amazing Adrian's somersault, which catapulted Team 2 forwards in the point standings! It really was all to play for as we progessed into the fun-filled and not so fast-paced Inflatable Assault Course Finale!

With the final scores counted and verified, the final results table looked like this;

1st.       Team 2                 8400 points

2nd.      Team 5                 8200 points

3rd.       Team 3                 7700 points

4th.       Team 6                 7300 points

5th.       Team 4                 7100 points

6th.       Team 1                 6800 points

A massive congratulations to the mighty Team 2, who stepped up to claim the Team Challenge Company Winner's Trophy to the sound of rapturous applause. A fantastic afternoon of Team Building had been enjoyed by all in attendance, and we're sure there will be some fantastic memories for all guest sot look back on and smile. A big shout-out and thank-you to the wonderful Sarah, who did a brilliant job in organising everything so well. It was a pleasure to work with you and the rest of the team at Spire Healthcare, and we at Team Challenge Company very much look forward to the rematch!
