Corporate Entertainment Event - The Hop Farm
The Team Challenge boys were once again on their travels to The Hop Farm in Kent, where another fantastic day of Corporate Entertainment lay in wait for the excited guests of the venue.
It was a cold and frosty afternoon, but the Corporate Activities on hand proved to be more than enough entertainment to warm the guests up and bring fun and laughter to the day. The ice-breaker (an appropriate phrase considering the weather!) got the teams fired up and ready for action, as they competed head-to-head in the ever challenging Helium Stick. Most of the teams struggled - particularly Team 2 - however, with a bit of coercion and a lot of practice, success was finally achieved.
It was then time for the big points to be scored, as the group rotated around the mix of Team Building and Corporate Entertainment Activities throughout The Hop Farm. Archery proved to be one of the most popular on the day, though it is perhaps difficult to see why, considering how long it took for some competitors to get the hang of it...! However, with Euan's expert instruction, the teams striking gold more often than not, and Team 3 even thought they could join the circus with their outrageous shooting skills!
Nasa Challenge and Indoor Lasersport also saw teams scoring well, and Sam informs me that with Team 1 were so impressive throughout the Team Treasure Hunt that they probably could find a needle in a haystack!
The final scores came down to the wire, as all teams knew they were in with a shout at claiming the Team Challenge Winners Trophy. And though they were victims of the Space Programme (in other words, not very Good at Nasa Challenge), Team 1 walked away triumphant on the day. Everyone had enjoyed a fabulous afternoon of Corporate Entertainment, and the inclusion of a few short Team Building Activities really got the guests working together whilst having fun at the same time.
