Race Night Taylormade Adidas Ashworth
A group of nearly 90 excited Taylormade Adidas Ashworth employees were treated to a fabulous night of Evening Entertainment in the shape of a classic Race Night.
Team names were quickly chosen and the Evening Entertainment kicked off with the most hilarious Hit or Miss Music Round we have seen in a while. The quick-fire quiz round had been designed to help the Teams gain some extra points before the Race Night really began...though after just a couple of songs it seemed that the bonus points may be few and far between. The scores started to fly in however when a slight tweak was made for the international audience, and Team Lambchops managed to snatch victory and those crucial bonus points!
The Race Night was soon underway, and Teams clambered across tables and chairs in a bid to place their bets on time. Choosing the favourites proved tough for everybody...well, everybody but Team Red Wine! They went all-out for the win and placed their entire starting bankroll of fun-money on Horse 6! Needless to say they raised the roof when Horse 6 strode out to an early lead and held on seal victory! Many have said its skill, but it seemed to us like a whole lot of luck as drinks flew everywhere in celebration of the early winnings.
The Evening Entertainment continued in the same frenzied fashion as big bets were place from all over the room. Team Northern Star and Team P45 racked up steady winnings before even more bonus quiz rounds gave the teams a chance to earn some much needed cash! Team No! No! and Team Lawman's Suicide Squad performed notibly, though this was not to contniue throughout the evening their scores soon began moving in the wrong direction! If only they had paid a little more attention to the professional punters in the audience!
The highlight of the Evening Entertainment was the histarical Ladies Race. The ladies in the room were given the chance to choose their jockeys and parade them around the tables before the Big Race. Unfortunately for Team French Connection they didn't have a lady in their team, but there was one gentleman who was more than willing to pretend to be one...! Massive bets went down as the horses left their starting blocks! The pace soon became frantic as hats were thrown in the air and the jockeys roared their horses towards home.
The Race Night came to an end as the wheat was seperated from the chaff in the almighty Animal Race to decide which team would walk away with the coveted Team Challenge Company Winners Trophy, and which would leave with the less than glamourous Wooden Spoon. It was a tight affair right to the finish, but in the end Team Garvol ran out Champions, as Team Red Wine (big surprise) finished last!
A fantastic Race Night was enjoyed by all who attended, where the Event was made all the more special with some fabulous Race Night Theming. Though only one team could walk away from the night of Evening Entertainment as winners, we're quite sure everybody left with great memories of the Taylormade Adidas Ashworth Race Night.

With such a quick turn around time from enquiry to the event, I was delighted to hear the event went well and was a massive hit for all involved. Looking at the photos and videos from the night I am dissapointed not to have been there myself. I look forward to working with you on your next event.
