A 20-strong group from Highland Lodges enjoyed a fantastic Event at Drumkilbo House, which had elements of both Team Building and Corporate Entertainment throughout the morning and afternoon.

The morning session was to include a mix of both Corporate Entertainment and Team Building Activities, and before it all kicked off the group was divided into 4 teams and asked to choose team names. And so, Wonder Women, Martin's Marauders, Gin Will Fix It and The Team That Rocked got ready to battle it out for the Team Challenge Company Winners Trophy.

The Morning sessions Corporate Entertainment style activities included Archery and Air Rifles, where the more Team Building oriented tasks saw the teams compete in Rollerball and Catapult. There were a few hotshots throughout the morning, with Martin's Marauders proving their worth in the Air Rifles while Wonder Women went for Gold in the Archery...though rarely found it!

Gin Will Fix It laid down an enormous score on the Catapult, outfiring the other competitors by a good couple of miles (or so it seemed). The Team that Rocked excelled in all the Corporate Entertainment and Team Building Activities, and showed particular strength in the Rollerball, notching up a top time of 36.9 seconds - hugely impressive.

The morning session was a close run competition, with every team in with a shout for victory...well, every team but Gin Will Fix It, who wound up with the Wooden Spoon for their Fourth (LAST) place finish. The other teams had performed well, but not one could outshine the consistency of The Team That Rocked, who romped to victory with an enormous 4600 points.

The afternoon activities brought Corporate Entertainment in the shape of It's a Knockout Races and inflatable fun with the Human Table Football. New Teams were formed and with team names to go with them. For the afternoon it would be You've Been Tangoed, Cupid Stunts, Pants-Man and Torquise Tarts that would challenge for the Championship.

The weather was scorching as the 4 teams battled through each race and each football match. Players begged to be sponged down on the Human Table Football Pitch, though nobody was jumping at the chance to accept the offer. The Finale Assault Course Race proved wet and wild, as teams clambered towards the summit and slid their way to the finish line.

Once again it was a tight-run competition, but Pants-Man had proved unstoppable throughout the afternoon of Corporate Entertainment, finishing top of the pile with 6100 points. They were followed by the Torquise Tarts and You've Been Tangoed in 2nd and 3rd respectively, with Cupis Stunts bringing up the rear.
A fantastic day of Corporate Entertainment and Team Building had been enjoyed by all. The laughs were long lasting, and the memories even more so. The group form Highland Lodges were fabulous fun to work with, and we look forward to seeing everyone again in the near future.
