Fun Casino Night with Kincardine Gala Committee
Around 100 excited guests of the Kincardine Gala Committee were treated to a fantastic night of Evening Entertainment in the shape of a glamourous James Bond Themed Fun Casino Night.
The super-spy wanna-be's turned up in style, with a sea of tuxedos and glitzy 'Bond Girl' dresses as far as the eye could see, with everybody in eager anticipation of the Fun Casino Night ahead. The masses had come along to support the Kincardine Gala Committee by raising funds for the annual Gala to be held there in mid-June. It would prove to be a night of more fun and hilarity than anybody had imagined.
The Fun Casino Night kicked off with the high rolling gamblers purchasing their fun-money from the front door and hitting the Blackjack and Roulette tables in the amidst the full James Bond theming which surrounded the tables and really brought the Fun Casino Night to life. Things started slow, but it took little time for big bets to start hitting the felt and some major money being raised to aid the cause in mind.
James Bond Music inspired the masses throughout the Evening Entertainment, and as the Casino Night drew to a frantic end, some big winnings were seen across the tables. The prize for 'Worst Gambler' of the evening was the mighty Barry Auld, who couldn't hit a number on the Roulette table to save his life! Still, Barry could take solice from the fact that he almost single handedly paid for the whole Gala himself...!
Sitting on top of the fun-money pile come the end of the Fun Casino Night were some very impressive players, with Aaron Wallace claiming third spot and Jim Wallace taking second,with £750 and £1250 worth of fun-money respectively. But nobody could catch the unstoppable Blackjack machine that was Karen Craig, who racked up an astounding £1420 worth of fun-money.
The magnificent Fun Casino Night lasted long into the early hours, as guests danced the night away to the beats of DJ Darren - Ibiza eat your heart out! The Fun Casino Night proved to be a massive success, raising £1000 on the night alone, a great boost to the Gala fund. All guests had a fantastic night of hilarity and laughter, and were great fun to work with throughout the evening. We look forward to seeing you all again come 20th June.
