Corporate Fun Days with KCA Deutag
Kippie Lodge played host to this years KCA Deutag Corporate Fun Day, where around 120 excited guests arrived with expectations of another great day with Event Management specialists Team Challenge Company.
On arrival at the Corporate Fun Day the guests were met with an array of fabulous inflatable activities to provide fun for all ages. There was the Giant Slide and the Moonwalker Bouncey Castle for the younger ones to enjoy, as well as the Sideshow Games, the Bungee Run and the fantastic Surf Simulator, all of which were hugely busy right throughout the Corporate Fun Day.
The back lawn provided even more Corporate Fun Days entertainment, with the Human Table Football, Laser Clay Pigeon Shooting and Mini Highland Games ensuring hours of fun for all in attendance. The barbeque food, served inside the marquee on the front lawn, was a great success, and thoroughly enjoyed by all!
As lunchtime drew to a close the Corporate Fun Day remained in full swing, and before long there was a massive crowd heading towards the back lawn for the much anticipated Laser Clay Pigeon Shooting Competition. The competition was tough, there were some fanastic shots, and we knew it would go to the wire on the final clay. As the old saying goes, Cometh the Moment, Cometh the Man, and big Fraser stepped up to claim victory with a final shot to dream of!
The Corporate Fun Day continued in similar rip-roaring fashion with the Surf Simulator Competition, which drew an even bigger crowd to cheer on the competitors. There were a couple of embarassing attempts (Lee - 8 seconds...wow thats bad!) but also a couple of amazing ones, none more amazing than Kerry. She managed to hang tight for an incredible 47 seconds, a truely deserved the roaring round of applause she received when stepping up to collect her trophy.
The Corporate Fun Day finished in style with the Children's and Adults races. It seems there are some children in Aberdeen who severely lack any sense of direction...though they were very very fast at geting to the sweetie prizes. The mum and dad Space Hopper races were as hilarious as ever, with a couple of fallers bringing tears of laughter to the eyes of the watching crowd.
As guests left for home it was clear that all in atendance had enjoyed a fantastic afternoon of fun at the KCA Deutag Corporate Fun Day. A big thank you must go to Sandra for organising yet another successful Corporate Fun Day, and to Gemma for keeping us all in check throughout the afternoon. We at Team Challenge Company look forward to working with all at KCA Deutag again in the near future.
