Corporate Fun Days with Finning UK
Both customers and employees of Finning UK enjoyed a weekend of fantastic Corporate Fun Days with Event Management specialists Team Challenge Company at the Glasgow branch of the Caterpillar dealership.
The opening Corporate Fun Day ran in conjunction with the Finning UK Open Day, which saw valued customers gain full access to the Glasgow Plant, enjoy tours and presentations of all the machines on site, and provide the guests with an opportunity to purchase new and used equipment at teardown prices. The Corporate Fun Day activities on site provided hours of entertainment for those wishing to take a little break from the Open Day activities themselves.
The Corporate Fun Day activities included a Bouncy Castle and Face Painting for the younger ones present on the day, with further fun to be had on the Bungee Run, Surf Simulator and Laser Shoot. There were some fantastic races on the Bungee Run, with many competitors reaching incredibly far down the gauntlet before being yanked back to the start line - which always provides lots of laughs for all the spectators.
It was the Circus Workshop that undoubtedly proved to be the most popular Corporate Fun Day activity of the afternoon, with many children and adults entering the giant inflatable arena throughout the day to be greeted by Team Challenge Company's very own Dozer the Clown. Dozer displayed his incredible circus skills, and passed on some of his clown-knowledge to all his guests, who then attempted to perfect their very own Juggling, Plate Spinning and Diablo skills.
The second Corporate Fun Day of the weekend with Finning UK saw dedicated employees and their families invited along to join in with all the laughter and hilarity. Once again there was the same mix of exciting Corporate Fun Day activities for all to enjoy, with the Surf Simulator once again proving a top attraction. There was also a Laser Shoot Competition, with Alan, Willie and Big Rab reaching the final. It was a close fought contest, but with a massive score of over 20,000, Big Rab came out on top! What a legend!
The highlight of the Sunday Corporate Fun Day was the sensational Children and Adult Races! What a laugh they were, with Dozer the Clown at the forefront of all the hilarity. The sack race saw some big fallers, luckily we've left out some of the more embarrassing photos!!!
All in all, the Finning UK Coporate Fun Days were a massive success. Everbody who attended across both Saturday and Sunday thoroughly enjoyed themselves, and undoubtedly had a tremendous time on all the Corporate Fun Day activities on offer. A big thank-you must go to Bill for organising such fantastic events, and we at Team Challenge Company really look forward to working with Finning UK again in the near future!
