Employees and guests of Medusa were invited along for a very special Fun Casino Night in Edinburgh's Opal Lounge, with all proceeds from the Evening Entertainment going straight to the Teenage Cancer Trust.

Around 80 guests arrived in eager anticipation of a fantastic night of Evening Entertainment ahead, and they were certainly not to be disappointed. The glitzy and glamourous party kicked off with a bang as the Fun Casino Night got underway. Wanna-be gamblers traded in donations to charity in return for fun-money which could be used on the Fun Casino Night tables, which included Roulette and Blackjack.
The gambling started out fairly slowly, with only a few small bets going down on the tables as nerves got the better of some of the guests. However, it did not take long for the Fun Casino Night to blast into full swing, as big winners cheered to the sounds of pumping music right throughout the evening.

The Fun Casino Night also provided further opportunities to raise money for the Teenage Cancer Trust, first with an auction of a signed football strip, and then a massive raffle with absolutely fantastic prizes up for grabs. The prizes had been donated by local businesses throughout Edinburgh, and included a paintballing day out, department store giftbags, and a free haircut with one of Medusa's very own directors.

As the Fun Casino Night drew to a close, massive bets were going down on all the tables as guests made a last gasps bids to earn as much fun-money as possible and walk away with fabulous prizes and, of course, the Team Challenge Company Winners Trophy. It was a frantic final few minutes, but when the dust settled and the final chip-counts were totalled and verified, we had our winners. The first presentation of the evening went to Donnie, but it was the Wooden Spoon that he collected for the biggest loss of the Fun Casino Night - what a legend! Top Spot went to the mighty Craig Smith, who scored a massive profit of £170!
The Fun Casino Night had been a massive success, with all in attendance thoroughly enjoying their evening, all whilst raising as much money as possible for the Teenage Cancer Trust. A big thank-you must go to Lorna and the rest of her team for all the amazing hard work and effort that went in to organising such a memorable Fun Casino Night, and for raising so much money for such a fantastic cause. Congratulations, and we at Team Challenge Company wish you all the best with all your future fund-raising endeavours.
