Team Building with Cameron Ltd

We hope this blog will bring back some great memories of your fantastic Team Building Event. Check out all the photos from the afternoon, and don't forget to leave us a comment at the bottom of the page with some of your highlights and favourite moments!

Kippie Lodge provided the perfect setting for an afternoon of fun-filled Team Building challenges with Cameron Ltd. The sun was shining, the weather was warm and the banter was huge.

Casket - Team Building, Kippie Lodge, Aberdeen

The Team Building Event kicked off indoors with a brief introduction before heading outside to begin the first of the afternoon challenges. The teams would rotate around the various Team Building activities, competing against each other in a bid to score as many points as possible and walk away winners of the coveted Team Challenge Company Winners Trophy. It quickly became apparent that there were more than a few trouble makers in the group, as Big Bad Paul and Crazy Demetrios proved they were going to be a handful throughout the afternoon...but what a laugh it was!

Archery - Team Building, Kippie Lodge, Aberdeen

The teams were competing across four Team Building challenges, with the Target Zone of Laser Clay Pigeon Shooting and Archery proving a big hit throughout the Team Building Event. Charlie's fabulous finger-nails stayed strong as she struck Gold on the Archery...but it took a long time of firing over the top before she got there! Alex was pheonomenal in practice, but the pressure of the big Archery competition got the better of him as his performance dipped dramatically...but at least it wasn't as bad as Audrey's performance on the Laser Clay Pigeon Shooting!

Catapult - Team Building, Kippie Lodge, Aberdeen

There were some amazing designs over at the Catapult Team Building challenge, with Team 1 launching a monsterous effort late in the day to pip Team 3 at the post. Less can be said for Team 4's creation...lets just say that distance backwards doesn't count! Grant, or as I like to call him 'The Legend', showed off his devious side by slipping the golf ball into his pocket following his Catapult attempt - the hilarity was huge! The final Team Building task, Casket Rescue, proved to be difficult for all teams, though each and every person persevered until a solution was found. Brian and Tim played a pivotal role in Team 2's success, and Shareen made sure no other team would copy their design by fully destroying it afterwards...how competitive!

Following a finale shoot-out on the Laser Clays (in which Paul and the rest of Team 3 cheated wildly) the group headed back inside to await the moment of truth...the results of the Team Building Event! A sense of eager anticipation filled the room as tensions began to run high, but Team 4 were soon put out of their misery as they stepped up to collect the Wooden Spoon for their last place finish, scoring an abysmal 3700 points. Team 3 and Team 2 were barely seperated in second and third place, scoring 4300 and 4200 points respectively. It left only one team, and what a team at that! Undefeated across all the Team Building challenges and jumping up to be crowned champions were the mighty, the unstoppable, the sensational Team 1!

Though only one team could walk away winners, we are quite sure the entire group from Cameron Ltd walked away with fabulous memories of their Team Building afternoon at Kippie Lodge. The Team Building Event had been a massive success, and a big thank-you must go to Charlie and Audrey for their part in making the day such a fantastic one. The Cameron Ltd bunch were such great fun to work with, and we at Team Challenge Company certainly look forward to working with you all again in the near future.
