Team Building with RCUK SSC LTD

Wednesday the 30th September was the date and after some very careful planning by Stuart the team started to arrive in a secret location within the heart of Swindon.
After a brief presentation and lunch the MC for the afternoon Big Bob Scott took to the front of the room and introducted the Generation Game Show Team Building event. Straight away all teams were off their seats and taking part in Helium Stick, Bossman Mark from team 4 was very confident of getting first place but when the chips were down they only secured second. (Not a bad start)
The Generation Game had a variety of rounds some more challenging than others and with the arrival of Dozer the Clown the teams became very nervous, this round was Balloon Modelling, each team had to do a balloon sword and learn to juggle three balls under pressure of the eagle eyes of Dozer the Clown. After interviewing Dozer he felt certain no one would be challenging for his job...."To be honest I have seen better" was his final words as he dashed off.
The super hero cake round turned out to be a messy affair and during the parade presentation, wow was there a surprise for us all when big bad Dom leaped up onto the table during his attempt to impress the judges the result wasn't what he was hoping for but Dom we loved it!
After 10 manic Generation Game Show rounds the final event the teams would take part in was Animal Race. This was fast and furious and was split into two heats, the Lambrini girls of Team 1 added to the fun with non stop giggles. It took a little while to get everyone back into their seats and prepare themselves for the announcement of last place right up to first place.

A fantastic afternoon of Team Building was enjoyed by the entire bunch from RCUK, who were tremendous fun right throughout the Generation Game Show. Though there could only be one winning team, we are quite sure that everybody walked away with fabulous memories of their Indoor Team Building Event with Team Challenge Company, and a big thanks goes to Stuart for organising the event for everyone, hope to entertain you all again very soon.
