Amec - Crystal Challenge

It was Wednesday the 25th of November, venue Ardoe House Hotel event Amec Crystal Challenge. It was an early start with the participants arriving for a morning session of Team Building Fun with our very special Crystal Challenge.
The task of dividing up the teams for this Team Building Event was well taken care of by Meg Findlay and a total of 3 teams took part. After a warm welcome to all the anxious participants we 
stepped up for the first challenge of the day Rollerball with Talk to Frank coming in with a impressive time to take victory from the hands of Team Simba and Super Go Team Winners.
The next stage of the Crystal Challenge Team Building Event saw all 3 teams rotate around the Puzzle Corner, Giant Buzz Me and the Tower Block Challenge. Some awesome performances throughout these activities to once more gain crystals for there teams.
After three zones of this Team Building Challenge the teams were very close with Talk to Frank and Super Go Team Winners gathering impressive amounts of crystals. It was a struggle for Team Simba at this stage with only 3 crystals in the bag. Their team spirit was high however the weather was their excuse 
for poor performance despite teh fact we were INSIDE haha...we were inside !
One final push before coffee for the Code Breaker Team Building excercise with all the participants wrecking their brains to try to break the hidden code in the locked briefcase and it was a top quality performance from Super Go Team Winners
Next was the maddest challenge ever with the Farmer, the Chicken the Fox and the Grain and my goodness don't you like dressing up ! It was all hands on deck ...safely... to get the strategy worked out in advance and plan the game full out for every team to win crystals - and we have since heard the chicken and the fox have struck up a beautiful relationship !!
It was time for the last round in this brilliant day of Team Building - the Crystal Maze Dash for Cash and there was a lot of talk about who was or wasn't in the lead. All the teams crystals were counted and there was only 5 crystals between the teams.
First in the dome was Team Simba and with the music playing and the seconds counting down the pressure must have got to them because they only scored £1280. Next to take the stage was the Super Go Team Winners another huge effort that resulted in an even worse score of £850 which left the door wide open for Talk to Frank. They took the opportunity and with the crowd cheering them on they managed a huge score of £1830 which made them the Crystal Challenge Winners 2009.
The entire Team Building day had been a massive success, with all in attendance thoroughly enjoying the Team Building entertainment. A big thank you must go to the Meg Findlay from Amec for her part in organising such a fantastically memorable day, the entire group of challengers were a real pleasure to work with, and we at Team Challenge Company certainly hope to see you all again very soon.
