Indoor Entertainment at Norwood House with BP

We hope this blog will bring back some great memories of your fantastic Indoor Entertainment Event Check out all the photos from the event, and don't forget to leave us a comment at the bottom of the page with some of your highlights and favourite moments!

Team Challenge Company had the very great pleasure of entertaining a group from BP at the Norwood House Hotel, this time in the shape of our unique Indoor Entertainment package.

Indoor Target GolfFollowing on from a sumptuous buffet dinner, the group congregated in the Pitfodels Suite to be divided into 10 teams before the Indoor Entertainment  kicked off. The teams were given their safety brief rules of the games and instructions to rotating clockwise and anticlockwise...that was their first challenge ! and so the teams lined up to do battle throughout the evening.

The team activity selection which included Table foosball saw our referee Stewart give out warnings for excess spinning and suspected cheating.  In the end he was judged to be firm but fair and after a brief interview after the games he had a fondness for Mervin and his team of persistent tryers!!

Foosball1Other Games Night activities included Indoor Laser Shooting, Air Hockey, Target Golf and the Giant Screen Wii a perfect selection for this Indoor Entertainment night.

There was a surprise head to head Finale with the awesome Fraser winning the Target Golf competition - apparently he spends most of his days on courses !

Gerry the favorite for every sport including the golf stepped up but the less we write about this the better ... the pressure of battle got to him.

Air HockeyIt was then on to the huge excitement of more Games Mania Activities, as the teams competed head-to-head in the Air-Hockey and Scalextrics events. The Indoor Entertainment was pumping, the teams were giving it everything they had, and the scores were quickly mounting up as the Head to head competitions kicked into action.

The frantic Indoor Entertainment continued with the teams once again squaring off in the Target Golf . It was brains over brawn in the Indoor laser shooting, and it seemed Gerry had more brains than most, but alas he was out gunned by in the final shoot out - a feat which is not to be underestimated!

It would all come down to the final Games Mania activity of the night, perhaps the most skilled and athletic game known to man - Indoor Laser Shooting! There were more than a few great performances but when it came down to the wire, it was Johnny who pulled it out of the bag - his youth that won out on the day.

Big Screen GamesTeam 10 proved to be worst sports on the night, picking up the Wooden Spoon for finishing in last place...who knew ! They were narrowly beaten by the teams 1 and 7. But no team could stop the mighty Team 6, who proudly took the stage to claim the crown and collect the Team Challenge Company Winners Trophy. Now the part we all want to hear about the winning team photo is above and it was the fiercely competitive  bunch they looked - any guesses who has the trophy on their desk today !!

Winning TeamThe Indoor Entertainment had proved a massive success, with the Games Mania activities thoroughly enjoyed by all who attended. The team from BP were a treat to work with, and we all look forward to working with you again soon. Gerry, Gerry Gerry - where did it all go wrong young man ? - You are obviously working too hard - take some time off and play golf or shoot something and prepare for the re- match !

Great evening entertainment with all at BP at Norwood and a big thanks to Aileen and Jon for organising the evening and helping in making the event run so smoothly.

    See you all again soon.
