Crystal Challenge with Shell

We hope this blog will bring back some great memories of your fantastic Shell Crystal Challenge. Check out all the photos from the event, and don't forget to leave us a comment at the bottom of the page with some of your highlights and favourite moments!

Crystal Challenge Aberdeen 5It was an afternoon start, venue Craigendarroch Hotel event Shell Crystal Challenge.  It was a beautiful sunny day to start with the participants arriving to our site by the River Dee for an exciting afternoon session of Team Building Fun  with our very special Crystal Challenge.

The task of dividing up the teams for this Team Building Event was  taken care of  and a total of 4 eager teams took part.  After a warm welcome to all the anxious participants we stepped up for the first challenge of the day

Crystal Challenge AberdeenThe next stage of the Crystal Challenge Team Building Event saw all 4 teams rotate around Cde Breaker, Tube Test, Stepping Stones, and the Towers of Hanoi Challenge. Some awesome performances throughout these activities to once more gain crystals for their teams.

After three zones of this Team Building Challenge the teams were very close the team spirit was high however the weather was the excuse for poor performance despite the fact we all had the same weather - four seasons in one day !

One final push  for the final rotation and Team Building excercise with all the participants wrecking their brains to try to break the hidden code in the locked briefcase and it was a top quality performance from Super Go Team Winners

It was time for the last round in this brilliant day of Team Building - the Crystal Maze Crystal Challenge Aberdeen 28Dash for Cash and there was a lot of talk about who was or wasn't in the lead.  All the teams crystals were counted and there was only 2 crystals between the teams.

The entire Team Building day had been a massive success, with all in attendance thoroughly enjoying the Team Building entertainment. A big thank you must go to the Marlene and Donna from Shell for their part in organising such a fantastically memorable day, the entire group of challengers were a real pleasure to work with, and we at Team Challenge Company certainly hope to see you all again very soon.
