Wild West with Dril-Quip

Over 250 excited guests from Dril-Quip arrived at the beautiful Ardoe House Hotel in eager anticipation for this year's Wild West Show Themed Corporate Fun Day BBQ. An extra-special touch was the fabulous Wild West theming...it was so good even Clint Eastwood and John Wayne showed up...honest!. Inflatable Cactus and Life Sized Cut outs of Cattle Rustlers and Bandits, Steer Skulls and even Most Wanted Posters dotted around the grounds, all adding to the exciting atmosphere of a special Corporate Fun Day at Ardoe House - Dril-Quip style !.
The sun was shining as guests arrived to a Wild West themed welcome and looked out across a Corale of Corporate Fun Day activities and quickly realised that they were in for a real ' Dang Ma Britches' treat throughout the afternoon, and they were not to be disappointed. There was hours of endless entertainment, games, food and fun ahead for all the family, with lots of Corporate Fun Day games and activities for all our Cowboy and Cowgirls.
There was Corporate Fun Day activities on offer for all ages, with children and adults enjoying endless hours of fun and laughter right throughout the afternoon. The younger ones were kept very busy with the Inflatable Fun Zone, where the Bouncy Castle, Ball Pool and Sumo suits provided lots of giggles and fun during the day. The Face Painting also proved so popular throughout the Corporate Fun Day, with plenty of wonderfully colourful and intricate designs on display - even legendary Wild West Spiderman got in on the act! And then there was the Children's Mini Quads...what a fantastic highlight for our younger guests at the Corporate Fun Day.
Adults too enjoyed all the Corporate Fun Day activities on offer, with the American Wild West Arena Games, Human Table Football, Quads and Air Rifles proving to be real winners throughout the day
One of the highlight of these Corporate Fun Days was the sensational Circus Workshop with Dozer the Clown showing off some of his incredible Circus Skills, as well as teaching all others to juggle, plate spin and play with the Wild West Diablo, all inside his massive Inflatable Circus Workshop- a party for all to remember for young and young at heart!
The first of the Corporate Fun Day competitions got underway on the Archery, which saw an impressive crowd gather, some to take up the challenge and see if they could walk home a champ! With others there to cheer on and support the competitors with lots of Whoop Whoops and Ye' Hahs. It was soon the Final round and closest to the Bull and 
photographed and crowned was King Kenny - the Team Challenge Company 2010 Archery Champion.
Next up was the Children's Dance competition, which once again drew a fantastic crowd, everybody eager to try and claim the Line Dancing or was it the Cha Cha Slide champion with lots of children of all ages stepping out to the beats of all their favourite disco beats!
With the Corporate Fun Day drawing to a close, there was still time to give out the Wild West themed Goody Bags and congratulate all the parents for having such well behaved Little Outlaws!
As the guests began to depart it was clear that everybody had thoroughly enjoyed the entire afternoon, and that the Corporate Fun Day Event had been a massive success. A big thank-you must go to Lara for her part in organising such a truly unforgettable Corporate Fun Day, the Dril-Quip guests were a joy to entertain and we at Team Challenge Company certainly look forward to seeing everybody again soon....Ye' Hah !
