After securing an eight week training and development programme, Team Challenge Company had the opportunity to work alongisde Adding Value Always in order to promote both learning based and practical based Team Development. There was a fantastic atmosphere on the final day of events as the eight week journey of the teams from Coca Cola came to a close, which saw the Red and Blue distribution teams face-off for the  final showdown.

The eight sessions took place over six weeks, and saw up to 130 delegates from Coca Cola Enterprises taking part in the active learning sessions with Team Challenge Company and AVA. These sessions allowed us to compliment and enhance the work delivered by AVA in the classroom by affording people the ability to harness their skills, exploring them in a practical 'real-life' setting. The challenges are designed to enable individuals to put theoretical learning into practise to become better, more efficient teams by developing skills they possess.

With AVA's ability to develop individual's energies and personalities, in an effort to allow change and development to take place within teams, coupled with Team Challenge Company's experiential learning, which takes ideas and concepts and practically facilitates active learning within teams, the combination proved to be a winning formula.
