Team Challenge Company  had the great pleasure of working with Crescent , with Team Building being the central focus on a sunny day in Aberdeenshire at the Raemoir House Hotel -  with the group divided into two teams taking part in both the morning and afternoon sessions.  

The  teams were encouraged  to use innovation and creativity, all whilst achieving quality results and having fun and enjoyment in the process. The teams arrived in eager anticipation for an exciting and motivating day of Team Building , and the gloves were off from the very first task.

 As the Team Building Day progressed there was no shortage of creativity and thinking outside the box in this room and what a competitive they were - it was like X Factor Judges at War - especially during the Plank Walk, and just for the record Peter from Team 1 only borrowed Team 2's plank it wasn't stollen  !

The highlight of the afternoon session of Team Development was undoubtedly the Bridge Build.  Where teams showed huge excitement and potential throughout the Team Building task, particularly when it came to accurately measuring the gap...!  When it came to the test, for the teams it really was almost Mission: Impossible, with both Teams defeating  the crevasse - 100% success !...a first for Team Challenge Company, plenty of thinkers and thankfully not too many engineers to spoil the broth !.

Jim opted for the full 1000 point cost on the new materials on offer, and Tracey boxed clever with a 500 point straw only strategy ...we won't mention the straws you found in the bar...will we ? !

The Team Development day with Crescent had proved to be a  success, with all in attendance thoroughly enjoying the Team Challenges  on show throughout the day. A big thank-you must go to Tracey and Jim for organizing such a fantastic day of Team Development, your effort and enthusiasm  and will to win really shone through during the event , and we at Team Challenge Company certainly look forward to working with you again in the near future.
