April 13th 2010 was the day Team Challenge Company worked with ASDA Management to help prepare the team for Change with a Team Training day.

It was an exciting day for Team Challenge Company because working with a company that puts employees at the forefront of change gave us the opportunity to not only work with them but to share experiences with them.

It was an early start however the team arrived on time and after a little icebreaker they were ready to meet the challenges of the day full on.  

Working on change is not always plain sailing and by using experiential learning the team grew as individuals and over the coming weeks will grow as a team.

Leadership and individuality comes from the top and with the correct attitude things that seem impossible can become possible. Hold onto it was one of the motos from the day and a very strong message.

We wish the whole team of 483 good luck this week as they prepare to launch their newly refurbished store and judging from their committment during our workshop they will be able to handle everything that is thrown at them.

It was a fantastic day of Team Development and Training and we look forward to working with you again very soon.
