Stratford-upon-Avon is steeped in Shakespearean history, nowhere more so than the picturesque Macdonald Alveston Manor. The hotel has 113 bedrooms, which have all been refurbished in 2004 to offer our guests all the modern comforts.  Whilst the majority of bedrooms are located in a modern wing of the hotel, there are a number of character rooms including suites, four poster and executive rooms available within the original Manor House and Georgian stable block
