Objective

The team must fully assemble a tent following the instructions given and within an allocated time.

The Challenges

The team will be confronted with many challenges during this exercise mainly from the dynamics of their team. However, we have included a few extra:

		Team members will be blindfolded
		The tent must be built in full
		Time is restricted
		The team will be separated
		Other members of the team may have disabilities
		The tent must stay standing for over 60 seconds

Skills Required

Instructions are given but these are only useful if conveyed to and understood by the entire team. Some of the key skills required are highlighted below:

		Ability to understand instructions
		Organisation of team’s skills
		Planning
		Time management
		Management of working groups
		Patience
		Structural knowledge
