Objective

Navigate through a pre-selected course as quickly as possible and without losing your way or a member of your team.

The Challenges

The team will be confronted with many challenges during this exercise mainly from the dynamics of their team. However, we have included a few extra including:

		Members of the team are blindfolded
		Must find hidden items along the journey
		Stay in contact with the course string
		Changeable leaders
		Changeable positions at various key moments
		Safety is a high priority

Skills Required

Losing the sense of sight will create a whole new meaning to making your way through this course. Team members must rely on new feelings and experiences. Some of the key skills required are highlighted below
