Team Training is a highly experiential, personalised and dynamic event, Team Challenge Company team training programmes involve participating in a variety of exercises, games, debates, discussions, reviews and interactive theory sessions. Team Training also involves opportunities to facilitate both indoor and outdoor sessions at venues throughout Scotland, England, Wales & Ireland. We create an environment conducive to learning and risk-taking and maintain a balance between challenge and support throughout.

Our Team Training Participation Events provide an extremely powerful medium for training individuals and teams in new skills or helping them to improve on old ones. This is largely because participation events are experiential in nature.
