Astley Bank and Conference Centre
Astley Bank was originally built at the beginning of the nineteenth century and over the years has been the home to some of Lancashire's leading dignitaries. It has now turned from a private mansion house to an exclusive Hotel, Conference, Center and Restaurant.
The house, and it's extensive gardens standing, in 6 acres of grounds, are still maintained to their original glory, making it a superb retreat for any event.
Astley Banks warm and friendly atmosphere greets you as you walk through the front door, the wood pannelling, open-fires and old world feel contribute to it's unique character.
We have 37 en-suite bedrooms, most of which enjoy superb views of the gardens. All have direct dial telephone, television, tea and coffee facilities and trouser press. Each room also has a desk for work and study.
Astley Bank has three main conference training rooms, the largest seating up to forty delegates boardroom style, or up to seventy theatre style, and are supported by six purpose built syndicate rooms
All the rooms have natural daylight and are fitted (as standard) with a variety of Audio Visual equipment
All of our conference rooms have Overhead Projectors and screens, with Flipcharts, and a Stationary Box. For a small hire charge, a computer data projector can be made available in any room.
