Cringletie House in its castle look appearance is a traditional Scottish Baronial Mansion. It has been awarded four red stars by the AA which means excellence all round! It is surrounded by gardens and woodlands where guests can wander round to their hearts' content.
The 400 years old walled garden with the Victorian greenhouse is a marvel. Flowers, vegetables, fruits are all grown here and the harvested produce finds its way to the kitchen where head chef Jimmy Desrivieres applies his culinary skills! The results are stunning and delicious.
