Esporta Dougalston Golf Course is situated in the leafy Glasgow suburb of Milngavie, just ten minutes drive from Scotland's City of Culture.

If you are a keen golfer, there's no country more welcoming than Scotland. Here, golf is more than a game - it's a way of life. It's not surprising when you consider that we have some of the finest courses in the world right on our doorstep.

Commander Harris designed the course in 1975 to Championship Standard in the heart of the Dougalston Estate. Stakis financed the project with the view to building a hotel complex. In the summer of 1975 Brian Barnes and John Chillas opened the course and commented on the stunning layout, which has proved to be a stern test of golf for all levels.
