At the heart of the Centre is the 650 seat auditorium, complete with cinema-quality audio-visual equipment and raked seating. For large events, product launches and exhibitions, the 1,000 sq m Osprey Exhibition Hall can be set-up in a whole variety of different ways. There is a dedicated restaurant, bar and an elegant ballroom capable of holding up to 550 for a reception or 425 for a banquet. But size isn't everything at Aviemore. There are also 8 fully equipped meeting rooms, five of which link together to form a highly flexible space for smaller meetings and break-out sessions.

Tailor-making events is the role of the centre's highly skilled team of conference professionals who are ready to take your enquiries for events from 8 to 1000 delegates. They can give information on all the Resort's new amenities including a diverse range of accommodation to meet all needs from deluxe three bedroomed lodges in the Caledonian Forest to four star hotels.
They're also working closely with a carefully selected team of catering staff who are creating imaginative menus for all manner of business occasions from a working lunch in the boardroom to an elegant five course banquet in the ballroom.
The setting may be out of this world, but Aviemore's new Conference Centre is remarkably easy to reach - with direct rail, air and road links from all major UK cities.
In addition to the Highland Conference Centre, all four of the hotels at the resort offer state of the art conference and meeting facilities.
You will find a wide choice of dining options on offer throughout the resort, from innovative, contemporary cooking in our hotel restaurants to a choice of hearty pub lunches.
