TERMS & CONDITIONS
Before we can confirm your booking detailed above, we require you to read our standard trading terms and conditions which are detailed below, and sign to indicate that you accept these terms and conditions. Please sign both copies and return one to The Team Challenge Company by return.
We reserve the right to release your event booking if we do not receive Terms and Conditions signed by the gven date
CANCELLATIONS
Should you be required to cancel your booking for any reason the following charges will apply
- For cancellations up to three months prior to event date, there will be no charge
- For cancellations received between three months and one month before the event, the charge will be 20% of the total costs (as detailed in your quotation).
- For cancellations received between one month and one week before the event, the charge will be 50% of the total costs (as detailed in your quotation).
- For cancellations received less than one week before the event, the full event fee will be due.
All cancellations must be received from the client in writing.
PAYMENT
- Full Payment is required prior to event date.
- If purchase order bookings are essential please forward them by return.
- Upon receipt of signed Terms and Conditions an invoice will be submitted. Please notify a member of the team on 0845 6014186 if there is an alternative invoice address.
- Cheque should be made payable to The Team Challenge Company or alternatively by BACs transfer.
SAFETY
The Team Challenge Company instructors and contractors have the sole right to refuse or remove any participant from motorised and potentially dangerous activities if they are taking part in unsafe practice or under the influence of alcohol, drugs or any other dangerous substance. On signing this you take the responsibility of the organiser to make people aware that each individual who takes part does so at their own risk, inflatable and motorised equipment can be dangerous. Team Challenge Company take all precautions to make sure the activities are carried out in a safe and secure environment.
