Everyone’s contribution is discovered during an exciting final reveal. - **Experience Format:** Hybrid, In Person - **Group Size:** 25 - Unlimited Guests - **Duration:** 1.5 - 3 Hours - **Key Benefits:** Change & growth, Collaboration, Leadership ## How it works Working with our team before the event we will help design a masterpiece that reflects your organisation’s brand and the key values you’d like to communicate. This design is then broken down into individual instructions for each team to interpret into their mini-painting. What seems straightforward requires a great deal of teamwork. Communication is the key for teams to uncover how to collaborate on colours, brushstrokes, and continuity with others working on their tasks. Once the time is up, your teams move to another area while the big picture is assembled undercover and made ready for the big reveal. The big picture lives on as a reminder of everyone’s contribution and can be kept as a social memento of the experience. ## Learning Outcomes ### Change & growth The effectiveness of teams is always in a constant state of flux. Teams grow, they shrink, the dynamics change. To keep teams moving towards their optimal state, we have devised a set of experiences that helps manage their performance. We draw on the power of leadership, empathy, cooperation, and problem-solving to help deliver change. ### Collaboration Improving collaboration across a team is probably the number one way we can help to improve a team’s performance. If you don’t communicate, you can’t collaborate. We start with communication and get it flowing, then get everyone working together. We have found that creating long-term change in the way teams collaborate can be as simple as getting them into a creative frame of mind. Whether the team task is to work together or compete is up to you. ### Leadership Our experiences to identify and bring out leadership qualities revolve around either creative and collaborative practices or competitive challenges. These tried and tested techniques delve deep into team dynamics and how individuals respond to them. We have also developed a core set of highly effective interactive business games.
