Working together, teams bring their vision to life by capturing scenes using phones or tablets. They then collaborate with our on-site editors, guiding the assembly of their final film in real-time. This experience challenges teams to think creatively, communicate effectively, and manage multiple roles, from scriptwriting and acting to directing and filming. Each team must employ forethought, planning, and expert execution to ensure their storyboard aligns with the theme. By the end of the session, every team walks away with a professionally edited film and a strong sense of achievement, having turned an initial concept into a cinematic success. ## Learning Outcomes ### Collaboration Improving collaboration across a team is probably the number one way we can help to improve a team’s performance. If you don’t communicate, you can’t collaborate. We start with communication and get it flowing, then get everyone working together. We have found that creating long-term change in the way teams collaborate can be as simple as getting them into a creative frame of mind. Whether the team task is to work together or compete is up to you. ### Creativity Flexing your creative muscles is an ingeniously fun way of improving your problem-solving skills. These skills can make a big difference to how teams approach their day to day, back in the workplace. Our creative experiences allow participants to explore within themselves and collaboratively as teams.
