Teams play as both customers and suppliers. - **Experience Format:** In Person - **Group Size:** 24 - Unlimited Guests - **Duration:** 1.5 - 2.5 Hours - **Key Benefits:** Collaboration, Leadership ## How it works Bridging the divide is a business simulation experience, where teams find themselves in the role of both customer and supplier. Teams must juggle insightful project management and keen customer relationship management to be successful. The aim of the exercise is to construct a bridge to a demanding customer’s specifications while managing limited resources, communication barriers, and a strict deadline. Once the bridge is completed, or the time has run out, it is put to the test. The maiden journey is our remote-controlled vehicle that must cross the bridge unscathed. Bridging the divide is a challenging experience but a fun and engaging one. Everyone gets hands-on with the process, and every team member must pull together in fulfilling their assigned roles. ## Learning Outcomes ### Collaboration Improving collaboration across a team is probably the number one way we can help to improve a team’s performance. If you don’t communicate, you can’t collaborate. We start with communication and get it flowing, then get everyone working together. We have found that creating long-term change in the way teams collaborate can be as simple as getting them into a creative frame of mind. Whether the team task is to work together or compete is up to you. ### Leadership Our experiences to identify and bring out leadership qualities revolve around either creative and collaborative practices or competitive challenges. These tried and tested techniques delve deep into team dynamics and how individuals respond to them. We have also developed a core set of highly effective interactive business games.
