The premise is set out in a short opening film and involves the teams solving a series of puzzles to build their alibi. Each team’s alibi puts them at a specific place at a specific time throughout one fateful evening and proves they couldn’t have stolen the mob’s jewels. Those who will survive are those that can build their alibi the quickest. And in a final twist, each of the teams can then work collaboratively to reveal the actual location of the stolen diamonds. A highly immersive experience, Escape the Mob helps teams think outside the box, evaluate their strengths, and promotes creative collaboration. ## Learning Outcomes ### Change & growth The effectiveness of teams is always in a constant state of flux. We have found that creating long-term change in the way teams collaborate can be as simple as getting them into a creative frame of mind. Whether the team task is to work together or compete is up to you. ### Creativity Flexing your creative muscles is an ingeniously fun way of improving your problem-solving skills. These skills can make a big difference to how teams approach their day to day, back in the workplace. Our creative experiences allow participants to explore within themselves and collaboratively as teams. Ultimately, these experiences are massively rewarding. ### Leadership Our experiences to identify and bring out leadership qualities revolve around either creative and collaborative practices or competitive challenges. These tried and tested techniques delve deep into team dynamics and how individuals respond to them. We have also developed a core set of highly effective interactive business games.
