It is decidedly creative and infinitely unique. - **Experience Format:** In Person - **Group Size:** 20 - Unlimited Guests - **Duration:** 1 - 1.5 Hours - **Key Benefits:** Collaboration, Creativity, Fun & social ## How it works Funk the Junk introduces teams to some professionally tuned ‘scrapyard’ instruments. These have been passionately reinvented from the urban wasteland and include tuned pressure tanks, flipflopaphones, and harmonic fire-bells. Participants improvise, compose, conduct, explore, and experience soundscapes as they move through the experience. In the finale, they pull together all of the best elements they discovered. Re-imagining the future is critical to progressive business strategy. Funk the Junk encourages participants to re-think the boundaries of what’s possible with limited resources. This all-inclusive energiser presents a level playing field for learning with instruments that suits all personalities. It helps create collective positive thinking and helps unite teams behind a shared creative vision. ## Learning Outcomes ### Collaboration Improving collaboration across a team is probably the number one way we can help to improve a team’s performance. If you don’t communicate, you can’t collaborate. We start with communication and get it flowing, then get everyone working together. We have found that creating long-term change in the way teams collaborate can be as simple as getting them into a creative frame of mind. Whether the team task is to work together or compete is up to you. ### Creativity Flexing your creative muscles is an ingeniously fun way of improving your problem-solving skills. These skills can make a big difference to how teams approach their day to day, back in the workplace. Our creative experiences allow participants to explore within themselves and collaboratively as teams. Ultimately, these experiences are massively rewarding. ### Fun & social Choosing from our range of fun and social experiences is sometimes all it takes to get teams working together in new and more effective ways. These light and engaging experiences are great for energising a team or warming up conference delegates.
