Each team is assigned exciting, engaging, and sometimes challenging tablet tasks. Teams enter their answers, including photos and videos of their achievements. By completing challenges, teams are rewarded with items to fill their backpacks. Items include non-perishable food and toiletries. The layout and practicality of the Backpack are essential. Giving Backpacks is an opportunity to unite your team by helping the most disadvantaged. This experience encourages creative thinking and problem-solving. Giving enhances individual morale, and a sense of pride and belonging is developed in the group. Give Backpack is about helping those in need while ensuring the team has a great, shared experience that stays with them long after the program is over. ## Learning Outcomes ### Change & growth The effectiveness of teams is always in a constant state of flux. Teams grow, they shrink, the dynamics change. To keep teams moving towards their optimal state, we have devised a set of experiences that helps manage their performance. We draw on the power of leadership, empathy, cooperation, and problem-solving to help deliver change. ### Creativity Flexing your creative muscles is an ingeniously fun way of improving your problem-solving skills. These skills can make a big difference to how teams approach their day to day, back in the workplace. Our creative experiences allow participants to explore within themselves and collaboratively as teams. Ultimately, these experiences are massively rewarding. ### Fun & social Choosing from our range of fun and social experiences is sometimes all it takes to get teams working together in new and more effective ways. These light and engaging experiences are great for energising a team or warming up conference delegates.
