Individual meditations begin with a short calming exercise that leads into an engaging storyline that takes you on a journey to a natural environment. Access to the Meditainment library can be offered directly through a corporate intranet or through enrolment on a web-based corporate management and reporting portal. Individuals get lifetime access to the full library of guided meditations for their unlimited use and can be enjoyed from any device. With Meditainment Online you can help everyone on your teams become better equipped to deal with life’s ups and downs, with the skills that the practice of meditation can bring. Included is a comprehensive range of meditations to choose from including, stress reduction, rest & relaxation, growth & development, self-motivation & energy, mindfulness & insight, sleep & recharge. ## Learning Outcomes ### Change & growth The effectiveness of teams is always in a constant state of flux.
